The word “Dalang” has several meanings in Indonesia. Dalang comes from the title given to the person who leads behind the puppet show. Because of its nature, the word “Dalang” has become a term that has another meaning, namely someone who is responsible for something (mastermind).

Hery began his career in 2013 and is now the Head of VFX Production at Dalang Digital Studio.
A multiple-time Citra Award winner, his credits include Wiro Sableng 212 and Ratu Ilmu Hitam, with a nomination for Qodrat in the Best Visual Effects category.
He is renowned for his sharp eye in compositing, exceptional FX simulation skills, and strong attention to detail. Hery is also highly proficient in motion graphics, bringing versatility and depth to every project he leads.

Ilham joined the studio in mid-2021 and currently serves as a VFX Production Manager.
Highly motivated by new knowledge and experiences, he is always ready to take on challenges in fast-paced production environments.
His credits include Qodrat, Qodrat 2, Netflix’s The Most Beautiful Girl, and Tumbal Darah, where he consistently ensures seamless coordination between creative and technical teams.

Relang launched his VFX journey in 2019 and quickly rose to become one of the studio’s lead CG artists.
He was nominated for Best Visual Effects at the Citra Awards for Qodrat and has continued his work on its sequel Qodrat 2.
With a sharp eye for compositing, strong modeling capabilities, and a meticulous approach, Relang plays a vital role in maintaining high visual standards.

Fariz began his career in 2022 and has swiftly established himself as a skilled FX simulation artist.
He contributed to Tira, the superhero series from Screenplay and Bumilangit, and was also part of the VFX team behind Qodrat 2 and Tumbal Darah.
With a strong command of complex simulations and an eagerness to push creative boundaries, Fariz continues to grow as a valuable force in the studio’s FX division.

Yusuf joined the studio in mid-2023 as an intern and quickly rose to the position of Junior VFX Artist.
He worked on Qodrat 2 and Netflix’s The Most Beautiful Girl, and also served as the on-set VFX representative during the production of Qodrat 2.
Detail-oriented and technically skilled, Yusuf consistently delivers high standards in every project he takes on..

Adit first joined the studio in 2023 as an intern and has since progressed to the role of Junior VFX Artist.
He has contributed to major projects such as Qodrat 2 and Netflix’s original film The Most Beautiful Girl.
With a strong foundation in 3D modeling, Aditya is known for his focus, precision, and eagerness to take on new challenges.

Aji started his career in 2014 and is an award-winning VFX artist, recognized for his work on Wiro Sableng 212 and Ratu Ilmu Hitam, with a nomination for Qodrat.
As a lead animator, Satrio possesses extensive knowledge and technical expertise in character and creature animation, making him a cornerstone in the studio’s animation pipeline.

Nadhira began her journey with the studio in early 2024 as an Assistant VFX Production Manager.
Her work spans across Qodrat 2, Netflix’s The Most Beautiful Girl, the Indonesian remake My Annoying Brother, Kuasa Gelap and Tak Ingin Usai Di Sini.
With a keen eye for organization and an aptitude for managing complex workflows, Nadhira plays a role in supporting efficient and smooth VFX production pipelines.”

Wahyu entered the industry in 2020, previously working at Manimonki Animation Studio, contributing to several well-known projects.
Now serving as Dalang Digital Studio's Technical Director, he brings expertise in 3D simulation, compositing, and conceptual development.
His unique ability to bridge creative vision with technical execution makes him a key force in delivering innovative VFX solutions.

Began his career in the visual effects industry in 2022. With a strong foundation in motion graphics, sculpting, and concept design illustration, Bibill brings both artistry and technical finesse to every project he touches.
He has contributed his creative skills to several high-profile productions, including Qodrat 2, Tumbal Darah, and Kuasa Gelap. Known for his versatility and visual intuition, Bibill continues to refine his craft while shaping bold, compelling visuals across the VFX landscape.

Ferdi began his journey at the studio in mid-2023 as an intern and has grown into a Junior VFX Artist role.
He has been involved in Qodrat 2 and The Most Beautiful Girl (Netflix), contributing with high-level modeling work.
His attention to detail and consistency make him a valuable asset in any production pipeline.

Kaka joined the team as an intern in mid-2023 and has since become a Junior VFX Artist.
He has worked on projects including Qodrat 2 and Netflix’s The Most Beautiful Girl.
With a solid grasp of his assignments, Kaka has demonstrated impressive compositing skills for his level, and a strong ability to understand and adapt to the needs of each production.
