In collaboration with MD Pictures and under the direction of Hanung Bramantyo, we were proud to contribute to the visual storytelling of this iconic coming-of-age reboot. Our VFX team created a CGI private jet used as a cinematic transition during Boy’s departure, reinforcing his affluent lifestyle. Additionally, we developed a full CGI version of Boy’s house to maintain visual continuity and to portray an elegant and luxurious architectural design befitting the character’s background.
This fresh take on Catatan Si Boy brings new energy to the beloved story while paying homage to the classic 1980s spirit that inspired a generation.
Summaries
Boy, a perfect student, faces heartbreak and confusion when his beloved girlfriend disappears, leading to a new romance that is threatened by the return of his ex-girlfriend.
